  • Yes, I tried disabling Adblock plus, and indeed, it is now working. With or without Zotero proxy redirection. Well, it's also working even after reactivating ABP... But at least it looks like the problem is solved! Thanks for your help!

  • Hi, Thanks for your posts. So, I tried to disable proxy redirection and even to remove Zotero from Chrome, and it still isn't working. But yes, if I paste the link to Edge or an other Chrome profile it works. I guess Zotero is not the problem then?

  • Well, I don't know what you can see from the report, but I get stuck at the redirecting tab. For example if I want to access a paper from my university e-library service, I end up on this site: http://linkinghub.elsevier.com.ezproxy.utu.fi/retrieve/…
